About Us
Southern California Real Estate Management, Inc. (CA DRE License # 00969557) was founded in 1987 and has grown to become the largest property management company of individually owned single-family homes and condominiums in the Santa Clarita Valley. It is locally owned and operated.
The company specializes entirely in residential property management. Our only business is the leasing and management of homes and condominiums. We do not sell real estate. The agents working for the company are “leasing agents”, not commissioned sales agents. All agents are licensed by the Department of Real Estate and are employees, not independent contractors. Properties are shown seven days a week and we take pride in having a staff large enough to minimize your vacancies.
In 2012 we processed over 1000 rental applications and collected over $14 million dollars in rent.
Southern California Real Estate Management is currently managing about 650 homes in the Santa Clarita Valley, and in a recent survey given to the owner’s of the homes we manage, 98% of the homeowner’s voted our companies’ overall performance in managing their rental property “Good” to “Excellent”.
Tenant screening is one of the most important steps in having a trouble free rental property. Our screening process is extensive and found to be superior.
We use state-of-the-art property management software to track property rent and expenses, providing owners with monthly reports documenting all the financial activity of the rental properties.
Our maintenance team is available to assist you in any painting, cleaning, refurbishing or repairs your property may need.

Southern California Real Estate Management was founded to provide owners of rental properties in Santa Clarita an outstanding resource to take on the everyday duties of property management by having a superb staff with the principles and beliefs that if we do that job as if each of the properties were our own, our client base will continue to grow.
