Q.  How much will the MOVE IN/SECURITY DEPOSIT COST be?

    A.  The minimum security deposit is 1x the monthly rent. The maximum security deposit is 2x the monthly rent (unfurnished). The rent due at signing will depend on the move in date. If you move in the first 3 weeks of the month, the rent most likely will be prorated for the balance of the month. If you move in closer to month end, the rent will most likely be prorated for the remainder of the month plus we will require the next full month's rent. So, we will require the first month's rent (prorated or prorated +full) and the security deposit (1-2x the monthly rent).

Q.  Who do you need an APPLICATION from to be considered for renting a property?

    A. We need an application from every adult 18 years and older that will be living in the property. Even if only one applicant is employed, we still require an application for every adult and an application fee of $25 for each application.
