How do I go about renting a property?

 Review our list and decide which properties fit your criteria. You may drive by any of these homes if you prefer to assess the area prior to viewing the inside. The exception would be properties that are within a gated complex.

When you decide which properties you would like to see, send us an email (screm@screm.com)     with your name, phone numbers and the addresses. Or you may call our office at 661-255-7600 to speak with a leasing agent to schedule an appointment. Our business hours are Monday through Friday 9:00AM-5:30PM and weekends, 9:00AM to 5:00PM.

After you have viewed and decided on a property, submit an application with the $25 processing fee. Each adult must submit an application. Applications are available from the leasing agents, online or in our office.

After your application is processed and approved, you will be required to come into our office to sign the lease and pay the move-in costs in a cashier's check or money orders within 48 hours. Your move-in costs will include the first rental payment and the security deposit. Generally, the minimum security deposit is equal to one month's rent with good credit and no pets. The security deposit is determined after the applications are processed.
